This month, a new floating library set sail in Cambridge β and itβs not just about books. The Read & Float project offers free reading sessions, tea, and well being support aboard a converted narrowboat docked near Jesus Green. Itβs part of a grassroots mental health initiative reaching those who find traditional support hard to access. π¬ βWe wanted to create a space where people could breathe, talk, read and just... be.β Open twice a week, supported by local volunteers β and stocked with everything from poetry to comics. |
