**Cambridgeshire Spotlight #49 — Tiny Trees, Big Bills & Local Grumbles** Is that a tree growing in your gutter? Why does childcare still cost so much when hours are funded? And which everyday Cambridgeshire annoyance deserves the top spot on our Grumbleometer? This edition gets stuck into council spending, household bills, overdrafts and the little home maintenance jobs that can turn expensive. We also explore the stories behind Cambridge's Mathematical Bridge and Midsummer Common, take a wander around Houghton Mill, meet a pet sitter with some rather unusual customers and compare fresh, frozen and tinned food. There's a five-question Cambridgeshire quiz, a cupboard confession challenge and an invitation to discover and support more local businesses. **Local stories, useful information and a few things to make you smile — all in one free newsletter.**
